I don’t care if I’m a senior in college - I bought a TON of children’s Valentine’s Day cards to hand out today!!!
In my opinion, everybody should get something today!
Plus, there are a lot of international students and families in my apartment complex (it’s pretty cheap, quiet, and close enough to campus that they don’t need a car), so I plan to sneak cards under their doors. :) I know that when I studied abroad, I liked to participate in different holidays, and while this may have some Christian roots, the modern-day celebration is so secular that I hopefully wouldn’t offend anybody from different religions. And if they don’t want the card, they could always throw it away and just enjoy the candy, haha!
